Before you book
What time is check-in?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. You let yourself in with a smart lock, so nobody has to meet you with a key. A different time only if we have agreed it with you in advance.
Is there parking?
Yes, free, at the building. It is shared by the whole building, the hotel included, and in July and August it is often full, so we cannot guarantee a space.
When is the pool open?
The outdoor pool opens on 1 June, and the hot tub is seasonal too. Both, like the restaurant, are shared by the guests of the whole building.
How far is the beach?
About 7 minutes on foot. The lift goes to every floor.
How do we get here from the airport?
Varna Airport is 30–40 minutes by car, depending on traffic. In season, buses also run along the coast road between Varna and the resort.
We are a large group. Can you take us?
Yes. The six apartments are in one building, on three floors with a lift, and sleep up to 28 together. Send us your dates and how many you are, and we will suggest how to split you across them.
Is the tourist tax included?
Yes. The price you see when you check availability includes VAT and the tourist tax — €0.26 per guest per night, Varna's rate for guest apartments, Golden Sands included.
