Keeping a group together
Most listings sell you one apartment. We manage six in the same building — so a group of up to 28 can stay in one place, with one contract and one person coordinating arrival.
The lift reaches every floor, so a group spread over two or three floors is a few seconds apart rather than a walk. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and parking are shared facilities of the building, open to everyone staying there.

A pair on one floor
Two apartments on the same floor — on the fifth, next door to each other. The easiest way to travel with teenagers, with grandparents, or with another couple: everyone close, everyone with their own front door.
Floors 2 and 3
Four apartments across two consecutive floors, including both of our two-bedroom apartments. One flight of stairs, or one stop in the lift.

Everything we manage in this building, across three floors. For larger family gatherings, retreats, and wedding parties who want to be in one place.
