The long sandy beach is a 7-minute walk away, or ten from the fifth-floor side. The building's outdoor pool opens on 1 June, and the hot tub is seasonal too. Pool, hot tub and restaurant are shared by everyone staying in the building.

Easy arrival
Check-in from 15:00 with a smart lock, so nobody waits for a key. Free parking at the building and a lift to every floor. Varna Airport is 30–40 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

An apartment can earn for more than two months a year
Many apartments on this coast are let for the summer and left empty for the rest of the year. On the coast the difference in income is made at the start and the end of the season, and through the winter the property is looked after, not left. In Varna itself, guests come all year.
